ATLANTA, GA – March 19, 2003 – PointClear, a leading demand creation firm serving technology companies that sell complex solutions, announced today the appointment of Brian Bagwell as controller. Bagwell fills a new role as part of the company’s strategy for continued growth in 2003.

As controller, Bagwell is responsible for the overall financial leadership at PointClear. He will direct the implementation and application of Great Plains, an ERP software solution that will streamline and integrate the company’s business processes.

Prior to joining PointClear, Bagwell was controller for Harrison Legal Publishers. He directed the initiative as that company migrated from a mainframe to Great Plains software. Bagwell was also part of the leadership team responsible for the smooth transition of all financial information to West Group during their acquisition of Harrison Legal Publishers.

Brian Bagwell holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the State University of West Georgia. He is married with two children and resides in Hoschton, Georgia (Gwinnett County).
