Business Development Associate
Marketing Program Manager - Client Services

Business Development Associate

PointClear is seeking an experienced sales and marketing professional for a Business Development Associate position.

Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for developing new business opportunities through prospecting cold calls. Using our best practices approach, our Business Development Associates identify business needs and issues, capture market intelligence, and qualify, nurture and deliver opportunities that generate sales for our clients. This position requires the ability to:

  • Learn, apply, and develop consultative selling skills
  • Conduct peer-level conversations with senior executives in finance, operations, sales and marketing
  • After training, speak extemporaneously on our clients’ solutions and offerings
  • Recognize buying signals and coordinate sales and prospects meetings

Requirements:

  • B2B Sales or sales-related experience
  • Technology or technology-related experience
  • Exceptional telephone skills
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Bachelors degree in business or related field
  • Solid general business background

Pluses include:

  • Services-based sales background
  • Knowledge of or experience with major business software applications (ERP, CRM , SCM )
  • Experience in any of the following areas: accounting/tax, distribution, healthcare, insurance, logistics, manufacturing, supply chain or retail.

Marketing Program Manager - Client Services

PointClear is seeking an experienced client services marketing professional for a program management position.

Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for managing client relationships, overall delivery of programs, developing strategies to accomplish client objectives, managing and communicating results and identifying and implementing methods for sustained performance and requires the ability to:

  • Build strong and professional relationships with each client
  • Successfully deliver multiple programs, including overall program oversight, analysis and reporting, ongoing client communication, and identification of additional opportunities.
  • Identify and communicate issues and opportunities internally and to the client and follow through to ensure ongoing progress
  • Provide insightful, actionable market analysis to clients.
  • Prioritize work to keep all programs moving forward logically, keeping internal and client teams up to date.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional organizational skills to simultaneously manage multiple clients, programs, phases and priorities and to maintain clear communications and documentation.
  • Ability to perform analytic database segmentation, response analysis and measurement.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Solid general business background
  • Focused on exceeding client expectations
  • Ability to lead cross functional teams
