Using our exclusive Sales Opportunity Management™ process, each expert business development specialist works to locate executive decision makers and engage them in intelligent, peer-to-peer conversation. They fully understand your market, offer and media, and find ready buyers based on real prospect needs and ability to purchase.

We review 500 resumes, perform 100 telephone interviews, and then conduct 10 face-to-face interviews to hire a single expert business development specialist. We pride ourselves on our team of highly-educated, knowledgeable professionals. In fact, our business development associates are better trained than most inside sales reps.

PointClear has piloted and is now in the process of rolling out a 49-week Black Belt Training Program that is comprised of the following:
