Community Service

PointClearPointClear is committed to corporate programs that support philanthropic efforts. Community service events and programs undertaken by PointClear employees have benefited Norcross Cooperative Ministry, the Partnership against Domestic Violence, the American Red Cross, the Foster Children’s Foundation, MUST Ministries and numerous other groups.

Our employees feel a strong sense of responsibility to give back to the community by supporting local non-profit organizations. They make the thoughtful decisions about which organizations to support, based on commitment and need. Each quarter a fundraising event is held—designed to help others, as well as bring the team together in a meaningful, rewarding way.

Backpack Drive

PointClear conducts an annual Backpack Drive to aid Norcross Cooperative Ministry and Gwinnett County Schools. This year PointClear employees surpassed previous efforts, raising funds for 100 backpacks and supplies to fill them. Employees purchase, assemble and deliver the supplies before the new school year.

Personal Care

PointClear employees donate personal care and comfort items—as well as gift cards, to aid Partnership Against Domestic Violence. Pizza and dessert fundraisers generate additional funds for this exceptional organization.

Blood Drive

PointClear’s annual blood drive aids the American Red Cross. Every year employees join with other members of the community to donate blood and help others in need.

Clothing Drive

For the last few years, employees have chosen to show their support for the Foster Children’s Foundation. PointClear team members donated clothes, and solicited donation from friends, family and neighbors. The effort is celebrated with the annual PointClear kickball tournament.

Food Drive

PointClear’s employee-sponsored food drive sees enough money raised, and enough food donated, to provide over 700 items to the Norcross Area Ministry. In addition, the team supplies hams for Easter dinner, and over 300 other food items, to benefit MUST Ministries. A competitive spirit prevails, as employee teams compete to contribute the most items.
