Client Services Program Manager

 

PointClear is seeking an experienced client services marketing professional for a program management position. This position is responsible for managing client relationships, overall delivery of programs, developing strategies to accomplish client objectives, managing and communicating results and identifying and implementing methods for sustained performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Create content to support cold calling and other market contact efforts (call flows, e-mails, voice mail messages)
  • Build strong and professional relationships with each client
  • Successfully deliver multiple programs, including overall program oversight, analysis and reporting, ongoing client communication, and identification of additional opportunities
  • Identify and communicate issues and opportunities internally and to the client and follow through to ensure ongoing progress
  • Provide insightful, actionable market analysis to clients
  • Prioritize efforts to keep all programs moving forward logically, keeping internal and client teams up to date

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in business or related field
  • Exceptional organizational skills to simultaneously manage multiple clients, programs, phases and priorities and to maintain clear communications and documentation
  • Ability to perform analytic database segmentation, response analysis and measurement
  • Highly proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Solid general business background
  • Positive attitude
  • High energy, enthusiastic, curious
  • Familiarity with a variety of sales methodologies including SPIN, Solution Selling and Miller Heiman
