PointClear is currently seeking a college grad for an exciting entry-level outside sales position. This position is ideal for a smart, professional, assertive and enthusiastic individual interested in a sales career.

Responsibilities:

While managing some current accounts, this position is primarily responsible for identifying and developing new accounts for PointClear’s outsourced services and for obtaining profitable contracts for these services.

This position is primarily office-based in PointClear’s corporate headquarters in Norcross, GA, but does involve about 10% travel and face-to-face presentations. Prospecting for new business through outbound cold calling occupies some 10% of time for this position.

Specifically this position must:

  • Identify, secure and/or manage contracts for company services
  • Develop named strategic PointClear accounts
  • Foster and maintain executive level relationships with clients; monitor client satisfaction level
  • Grow PointClear revenue opportunities within the client by identifying and developing opportunities to enhance the PointClear value proposition to clients
  • Prepare, present and negotiate proposals, services contracts and other documents as required to secure new accounts and meet the assigned new billings quota
  • Manage the approval process (client’s and PointClear’s) for proposals and contracts to insure that PointClear’s interests are protected and client expectations are achievable
  • Provide timely reports on sales development activities, revenue pipelines and other reports as designated by PointClear’s management
  • Ensure that the sales force automation system stays up-to-date with all personal account activity
  • Represent PointClear with integrity and in a manner which reflects positively on the company to clients, suppliers and the marketplace
  • Submit all proposals, contracts and other client facing documents to the President for review and approval
  • Handle other assignments as determined by the President

Preferred Background:

  • Some sales experience with proven ability to meet quotas
  • Stable work history
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Familiarity with basic Microsoft applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Undergraduate degree with 3.0 or better overall GPA from accredited university or college
